Description: In this 90-minute workshop, we will use real-world examples, algebraic tasks, and reflective dialogue to examine how to create inclusive learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence, and deep conceptual understanding. You will engage in hands-on activities and discussion protocols that model how to facilitate rich mathematical discourse and promote resilience and agency in learners at all levels. By the end of this session, you will be equipped with tools to shift mindsets, elevate student voice, and transform math from a subject of fear into a space of possibility.
