    Hi all,

I wanted to share a few fun math activities that are happening during the outbreak.

The Julia Robinson Mathematics Festival (https://www.jrmf.org) has weekly webinar for kids and families. Great problems, breakout rooms with facilitation and problem-solving, interactive apps to explore the problems. It's a lot of fun. They are also looking for facilitators in the breakout rooms if you're interested. I have helped out a couple times and really enjoyed it. It's a nice connection to a larger mathematics community.

The Museum of Mathematics in New York City has moved their events online. They have math for young kids, tweens, teenagers, etc. And visiting mathematicians who give talks for adults. Their calendar is jam-packed. Take a look: https://momath.org/upcoming-events/

They also have a weekly math puzzle: Free Mind-Benders for the Quarantined! from MoMath’s puzzle master, Dr. Peter Winkler.

I also just learned that Muggins Math has a free digital download of their geometry materials (Pollywogs to Polygons and Geometry: The Beauty of Numbers): https://www.mugginsmath.com/
